Under the Sale of Goods Ordinance (Cap. 26), all digital products and "intangible goods" must meet the following statutory requirements:

• Merchantable Quality: Products must be fit for their intended purpose and free from defects.
• Accurate Description: The digital content provided must correspond exactly with the descriptions and previews on our website.
• Implied Terms of Service: As per the Supply of Services (Implied Terms) Ordinance, any digital services or installations are performed with reasonable care and skill.

Refund & Cancellation Policy

While digital products are generally non-refundable once downloaded or "consumed," we honor refunds under the following legal conditions:

• Defective Digital Goods: If the issued license key(s) or serial number(s) is/are corrupted, non-functional, or does not match its description, you are entitled to a repair, replacement, or full refund.
• Cooling-Off Periods: For specific eligible services, we adhere to the latest 2025 Hong Kong Consumer Protection guidelines, providing a transparent window for cancellation before service commencement.
• Unauthorized Charges: We strictly follow the Trade Descriptions Ordinance to prevent unfair trade practices and wrongly accepting payments.

Eligibility for Refund Requests

To be eligible for a refund review, you must meet the following criteria:

• The request is made within 7 days from the official date of purchase.
• The software has not been successfully activated or used (subject to verification).
• Download or activation difficulties were reported to our customer service, and could not be resolved.
• You were incorrectly billed.

Exclusions

Refunds will not be granted in the following circumstances:

• Change of mind after completing the download.
• Incompatibility with your hardware or operating system that was clearly stated in the requirements.
• Misuse or unauthorized modification of the software.

How to Request a Refund

If your digital purchase falls short of the statutory "merchantable quality" standard:

2. Provide Proof: Include your order number and a description/screenshot of the technical issue.
3. Resolution: We will investigate and process eligible refunds to your original payment method within 7 business days.
4. Notification: You will receive email confirmation when processed.

Limitation of Liability

Pursuant to the Control of Exemption Clauses Ordinance (Cap. 71), any terms excluding liability for breach of contract must satisfy the "test of reasonableness". Our total liability for any claim regarding a digital product is limited to the net purchase price of the product.
